Thursdays w/ Coach ZiChuan 7:30-9:30 pm Sparring
Fridays w/ Coach Claudia 3:00-4:30 pm General; 7:30-9:30 pm Poomsae
Sundays w/ Coach Sam 12:00 - 2:00pm Sparring*
*Competition focussed session, eligibility at coach’s discretion
