Tuesdays: 3:00-5:30 pm (Sparring & Competition Preparation, Coach Yutong)

Thursdays: 7:30-9:30 pm (Poomsae Technique, Coach Andy)

Fridays: 7:30-9:30 pm (Sparring & Competition Preparation, Coach ZiChuan)

Sundays: 12:00 - 2:00pm (Sparring & Competition Preparation, Coach Yutong)
